Smart Inventory Pro is developed and operated by BADA AI. By using this app, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription & Billing
The app offers a 30-day free trial followed by a paid Monthly Subscription of โฑ99.00 (PHP), billed through our payment processor, PayMongo. Charges are always in Philippine Peso regardless of the display currency selected in the app. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at checkout; you will need to manually resubscribe when your subscription period ends.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely by PayMongo (GCash, Maya, QRPh, or Card). We do not store your card, GCash, or Maya credentials. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to review on a case-by-case basis โ contact us using the email below.
3. Data & Storage
Product, sales, customer, and inventory data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for creating backups using the app's built-in Backup feature. BADA AI is not responsible for data loss due to device issues, uninstallation, or browser storage being cleared.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this app for lawful business/inventory management purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.
5. Limitation of Liability
This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BADA AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
